Summer 2026

Raingutter Regatta 

Dates: July 25, 2026 Time: 9am - 11:30am

Location: Scout Hut - 10002 Caples Rd - Fort Belvoir, VA 22060

What:  Scouts build and decorate a small, standard boat kit (or custom design), then race their sail boat down a water-filled, 10-foot-long rain gutter by blowing on the sails! There will be ice cream too!!

Uniform:  Class B

Fishing & Picnic 

Dates: August 8th, 2026 Time: TBD

Location: TDB

What:  Join the fun with fishing and food!! Learn about fishing safety while having a blast!! 

Uniform:  Class B

Return to Scouting & Popcorn Kickoff 

Dates: August 20th, 2026 Time: 6 pm 

Location: Scout Hut

What:  School is almost back in!! Time to get back to Scouting!!! Join us for return to scouting and popcorn kickoff! Learn about upcoming events and what opportunities there are to get involved!

What: Celebrate the accomplishments of our scouts as they advance to their next rank!

Summer Camps

Pack 118 attends three summer camps

• Rising 4th and 5th-graders can attend a week at Goshen Scout Reservation

• All ages can attend a weekend at Camp Snyder

• All ages can attend Day Camp at Gunston Hall
