Webelos (4th & 5th Graders) Hike Let's go hiking with the Boy Scouts!!
1-4pm, Sunday Mar 14 Blue Rock Springs Park, Vallejo (map) It's Spring and it's time to put a spring in your step and get some fresh air!! A short hike (4 miles in all) with the Boy Scouts of Troop 64. Wear suitable shoes, bring a jacket, a hat, water and a snack. We'll explore a trail along the ridge and get great views of the Bay. We'll meet in the parking lot. Parents welcome.

Webelos (4th & 5th Graders) Den Meeting We're visiting the Boy Scouts of Troop 64
7-8:30pm, Monday Mar 15 First Presbyterian Church, 1350 Amador St., Vallejo (map) (across from Vallejo Middle and around the back) We're visitng the Boy Scouts of Troop 64 to join in the fun, games and activities of a normal Troop meeting. Wear your uniform. There is NO Webelos meeting on Tuesday, March 15.

Tiger (1st Graders) Den Meeting
5-6pm, Tuesday Mar 16 3345 Harbor Moon Court, Vallejo (map) Tiger Den meeting - Search, Discover, Share - with all your new friends!! Wear full uniform.

Den Meetings Wolves (2nd Graders) and Bears (3rd Graders)
6:30-7:30pm Tuesday Mar 16 Veteran's Memorial Building, 420 Admiral Callaghan Lane (map) We'll be working on our Badges, playing games and singing songs with the other Cubs in our Den. Wear full uniform.

March Pack Meeting Webelos II (5th Graders) Bridging
6:30-7:30pm Tuesday Mar 23 Veteran's Memorial Building, 420 Admiral Callaghan Lane, Vallejo (map) Join us in celebrating with the Webelos (5th Graders) as they cross the bridge from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. Games, songs, awards and a very special ceremony. Click here for our Webelos Hall of Fame

Get Great Ideas for a Great Program!!

Roundtable is a great place to meet and network with fellow Cub Scout Leaders, hear the latest information about District events, and continue Leader training. We’ll be talking about the monthly theme, sharing ideas for Pack and Den meetings, and trying out crafts and games. Let’s help each other, new and experienced, with program ideas and support to improve our Packs and Dens.

We need to get our heads together and plan next month's activities. These meetings are not just for pack and den leaders - all parents are encouraged to attend. This is your chance to share your ideas of how our pack should run, and how to keep it fun and educational for our kids. If you can, leave the kids at home, but if you can't, bring a coloring book or game to keep them occupied - it makes the meeting go faster.

Cub Scouts speak up for VALCORE
Well done Matthew and Steven

November 2009 Cub Scouts from Pack 118 wrote letters of support, attended a city council meeting and addressed the Mayor and City Council Members of Vallejo all in support of VALCORE. It must have worked - VALCORE will continue to be funded by the City.

Dragon Patrol Earns Top Honors

May 2009 The Dragon Patrol had a FUN time at the Silver Gate District Camporee at Lake Berryessa. Camping for the first time with the Boy Scouts, they earned both the Top Pack Award and the overall Scout Spirit Award. Well Done!!

Pack 118 Earns Quality Unit Award

January 2009 Pack 118 earned the Quality Unit Award for 2008, the third year in a row. Pack 118 is entering its 56th year of Cub Scouting chartered by American Legion Post 550 in Vallejo, California. We have an active program of age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. We serve all boys in Grades 1 to 5 who live in Vallejo.
