1-4pm Saturday July 18Elk's Lodge, 2850 Redwood Parkway, Vallejo (map)Come and have fun cooling off in the pool and earn your swimming belt loop!! Webelos will be working on their Aquanaut activity pin. Whole family welcome - swimming is free for Cubs, family members $4. Wear your uniform, bring your swimming gear and sunscreen.
July (time and date TBD)Diablo Rock Gym, 1220 Diamond Way, Suite 140, Concord (map)For our Webelos. We're going climbing - you'll learn how to climb and abseil taught by expert instructors. Two hours of safe fun. Cost is $10 per Cub Scout (siblings are $20). Payment will be collected at the Diablo Rock Gym on the day of the event. Do you want to be a Mad Scientist and have fun? In the laboratory of Science Busters, you will experiment with arts and crafts, Scout skills, sports, games, and so much more! For those brave enough to come here, you will discover all the fun to be had. Astronomy, orienteering, pioneering, cooking, knife safety, fire safety, plant and animal identification, swimming, story telling, knot tying...and camping!! The cost is $10 per person.
